Horrid Service

I was told that I was due for an upgrade. I did all the necessary things that were asked of me, yet I have not received my phone or a new contract. I have been waiting for TWO MONTHS. Nothing was communicated to me. Eventually I entered my nearest branch, but because the upgrade was done online, a new venture this company was trying, that had to be cancelled first before I could receive my new device. I was shocked to see how far the mighty have fallen regarding their customer service.
