horrid

<p>I have a top up contract with mtn from april 2015,which included 100mins 2gig and 200sms,i cannot remember when i put the recurring option and they started charging me 149 extra but i have not being receiving the extra 1gig for the last 3 or 4 months..trying to contact the mtn bluff branch..cannot get their number ,tried to call soo many stores,all the numbers do not exist!</p> <p>how do we even speak to some one that i took the contract with and to view it..because when i call 808,spent 30minutes holding on and they tell me i signed up a 300meg contract!its all such a waste of time and i cant evem view my contract..because all these months i had no problems..but now im getting all these stories</p> <p>this is just soo ridiculous</p> <p>plus i have been paying for data i never received,but they say i did!!</p> <p> </p> <p>really upset to be treated like this</p>
