Horrible,pathetic and no customer service at all.

I doubt they even deserve a full start,pity we dont have half a star for rating.

Its so easy to take out contract with MTN but a hassle to cancel. I’ve been on a call for 1week trying to cancel and all their retentions consultants ask what’s the reason then after put you on hold for 10min and pass you onto someone else that wont assist as well. I need this contract cancelled in the meantime I’ll reverse debit orders. Spoke to Lulu and Junior i doubt they even know what customer service is.
