Horrible Upgrade experience

Upgrading with MTN using RewardsCo is always a painful experience. For the past 2 upgrades, I constantly need to fight people to get a phone. I did an application on the 12/10/2023 and it is now a month later and I still have not received my phone, at first, I had to call in to RewardsCo and I was told there was an issue with my application - no one bothered to inform me. Now that my application has been processed, I keep getting told my phone is in Durban by DSV, only God knows why it was sent there in the first place. None of my addresses point to Durban. No one can give me a clear indication of when I will have my phone, I just keep getting the vanilla "we will get DSV to contact you". I don't understand why MTN and Rewardsco do not follow up on orders that have not been delivered. At this point I am considering cancelling my whole upgrade.
