HORRIBLE!!!! Unreliable!!! USELESS

MtN is the worst. The billing/retention departments does not know the difference between their head and their arms. I have 2 contracts with MtN. One I am using and the other ran to until October 2022. I cancelled that contract. MtN NEVER CANCELLED THE ****** CONTRACT. Now my current account has been suspended because of non payment of the "Cancelled" contract. Now I owe MtN almost R1000, and they can only unsuspend my account once it has been paid in full. WHAT A FREAKING JOKE. So they don't Cancel my account as requested, they ***** up, now I Still have to pay for their ***** up. How do you do business like this. Then they provide me with the head office number to call.... I CANT CALL the Head Office because my ACCOUNT HAS BEEN SUSPENDED.... Been with MtN for many many years and each time I think it will get better..... It CLEARLY does not. Then dont even get me started on the agents in the Retention Department that mind you, if you can get a hold of them, are so flippen rude that you might as well have a conversation with a lion as it will be more benificial!!!. MTN SUCKS
