Horrible Treatment At MTN In Vincent Park Mall

I went to MTN Vincent Park Mall on Monday the 06 of January around 16h00, I was told to come back the following day between 09h00 and 12h00 as they only do sim swaps around those times. When I asked how am I supposed to as those are my working hours I was asked to make a plan. I made a plan took half days leave and got there before 12h00. When I got there I was told to go and buy my own sim card as they do not sell sim cards, of which I feel like I was supposed to be told this information the day before. I then ran around looking for a sim card and only came back at 12h35, I was then told that they can't do the sim swap I have to come again the following day around those times. I explained to them that I took leave and I wont be allowed to take leave again because had they told me earlier on to bring a sim card I would have been within those required times.I was then asked to leave my ID copy,write my current number and the old number they will be able to assist. I called this morning around 09h30 for feedback and they said they will call me back as soon as they are done. It is now 13h38 and I tried calling back 3 times and there is no answer. I am very disappointed at MTN as I am writting this review with a colleagues phone because I am unable to access anything on my phone without that number.
