HORRIBLE SERVICES

I have been waiting for my phone for more than two months now. I pay insurance every month and have already paid the excess fee.

But your customer service Asanda ask me to confirm my device, which i have already send all the proof and document. But i have to call every day, send email every time without any good service for something i have already done and paid the services.

This Customer service are horrible, unprofessional, dithering pieces of trash. I blame MTN for contracting such a service provider.
