Horrible service with MTN, they give client information to third parties without consent.

I've been on contract with MTN for more than 19 years, and in that time really had horrible service most of the time. I have made more than 20 calls to them in the past three months to resolve what looks like a very simple issue with no luck. I was shocked to realize that MTN shares client information with third party :) first of all is this allowed under the POPI Act? Problem is now MTN is having so much fun debiting my account when they should not be, because I still have not done an upgrade that they charging me for that was "done" by a third party. i am exhausted of sitting on the call with the agents that dont seem to understand the importance of customer service. I spoke to one of their employees yesterday and was surprised that he is the one that actually advised me to send a query to HelloPeter, I would like for someone at MTN to resolve this query so that i can finally leave them. I am enough of their bad service.

Reviewer Update
I am still not clear with regards to the billing that went through end of July, I need an explanation. I need confirmation that the account has been updated accordingly and that I will not be charged again for an upgrade that I did not do. This was a huge inconvenience to me and your service agents were not competent to resolve the issue quickly. it has taken 3 months to resolve this matter. I need an explanation of why my personal contract information with MTN was shared with third party vendors without my consent.
