Horrible Service with Insurance Claims
My phone fell on the 20th of Dec 2015, I went to MTN Northgate who then sent me to MTN repair centre in Midrand as they do not issue out loan phones. In Midrand they also mentioned that I'd need to sent my application to the email provided and one of the courier services will come and collect the phone and issue me a loan phone. it's the 2nd of March and still nothing after numerous attempts at contacting them. Today (2nd March), I get a call from Ntombi who then tells me they will collect my phone but do not have loan phones in stock. it's been two months of waiting only to get this kind of response. I'm really disappointed at MTN they are not efficient. After all this is over I'm really considering moving to another service provider or better yet start looking around already. You're about to lose a client who has been loyal for over 5 years to you guys :-(
