Horrible service which deserves 0 rating

I went to MTN at dobsonville in Soweto Johannesburg, it was 16:45 and they already close the door and online even on the it is written that they close at 17:00 I knocked a guy came and advise me that they close at 16:30 for 17:00.That did not make sense to me I requested to speak to the manager and he went in while he was in a lady came and stood next to me and they opened the door she went in and came back to me and opened the door and said she is the manager her name is Owa, I asked about their trading time she told me the same story of 16:30 for 17:00 I told her that it doesn't make sense I need help because it is before closing time she said they closed the systems at 16:30 they can't assist, while saying that there was a client inside which was assisted by a consultant, she asked what do I want to do I said I want to pay she said no our systems are switched off. I told her that I'll call MTN and complain because what they are displaying doesn't correspond with their actions because it says they are closing at 17:00 she clicked her tongue and closed the door to my face and left me standing there. If this is how customer service is delivered at MTN I don't want to be their client anymore she was beyond rude and disrespectful.
