Horrible service, ****ty agents, ****mers

took out a new contract for R249 paid the pro rata rate and this ****ty network still deducted a huge amount stating that it is for pro rata, called the call center, were the agent placed me on hold before dropping the call, very unprofessional. called again and i get transferred from 1 department to the next, I want a refund and for the contract to be cancelled.
