Horrible Service #Superflex

Im so upset with MTN. Im on Superflex since September 2025. this month, i paid 209.00 and i still cannot make calls. its the 17th and i have paid for a service im not receiveing. Ive been calling MTN and no one has an answer and theyre not fixing the problem. The call centre agent i just spoke to now dropped the call on me after making me wait for 10 minutes. She said her name was Sisipho. the reference number for my initial call is INC***3. I still cannot use the service.
