Horrible service rendered during black friday

Unacceptable service received at MTN the Glen mall !... I've been a loyal client to mtn for the past many years and I have a contract with them...I came here to upgrade my contract and they tell me that their system is down so I just have to wait.ive been standing for the past more than 2 hours and no one is doing anything about the down system.I took a day off work and no one seems to care about that!...this is ridiculous
