HORRIBLE SERVICE RENDERED AT MTN THE GLEN MALL

Horrible service I received at MTN the glen mall on Black Friday. I lodged a complaint about the lack of service rendered, I waited for 2 hours and I couldn't get a good deal after I was a good and loyal client to MTN.

After my first review, no one bothered to come back to me to assist and give feedback till today. I wanted to upgrade my contract and I even referred my Fiancé to MTN but in return I get this kind pathetic service!
