Horrible Service received from this Service Provider

This is the worst service I have ever received from a service provider. I get better service from Rain or Telkom, my first call to get service was disconnected by the consultant and since then I have been waiting forever on the phone for assistance. As I'm writing this message I've been waiting for 11 minutes. This has been ongoing for more than 9 weeks now. Just come fetch the nonsense you sold to me and we call it even.
