Horrible service my n

I recently took a contract with MTN SA which I wanted it so that I can port my Cell C number and I was told that I can do that in their branch. I went to mall of the south and the lady by the name of Kim said they can’t. I am experiencing horrible service from MTN as I called their contract department and Sinethemba said I can but could not do that for me call ref :***. I want my number ported within 10 days of my contract so that I can cancel the contract if MTN can’t help at no cost
