HORRIBLE SERVICE MTN TYGERVALLEY

I visited MTN Tygervalley on Sunday, 6 Dec. After my application for a new ****le had been submitted and approved, I was told by a very unhelpful and unfriendly sales clerk, that I have to come back a day or 2 later to pick up the ****le, because the sim needs to be activated first. I was told that someone will phone or sms me when my device is ready for pick-up.

The Monday went by, and no one contacted me. Tuesday I tried phoning their branch number *** numorous times, and no one answered.

By Wednesday, I was irritated because there seems to be no way of contacting the store to find out if my device is ready. After calling MTN's call centre in Durban and getting hold of Dominique's private cell number, I finally managed to contact her and she reported that my device had been ready on Monday already.

I explained to her how impossible it was to get a hold of their branch, at which she laughed, seeming disconcerned about costumer service. I then told her that is seems as though no one in that branch knows how to do their job properly, and she said in a mocking tone: \Well I dont know how to do my job".

Needles to say"
