horrible service MTN retentions department

Horrible service from MTN call centre.

Was promised a call back yesterday, twice, didn't receive any feedback regarding a cancellation. had to call back today, and after waiting 26 minutes, was told that another request had to be put through. this is the third request.

fedup with MTN, horrible service "champions" are also really rude and don't help at all.
