Horrible service! Mtn BT Ngebs branch Mthatha

App**** for a Mtn Data contract @ BT Ngebs Mall Mtn branch, I was approved went into the store to finalize the contract and get my free router that came with the contract. I was told they dont have it in stock and will order it, almost two months later I'm still waiting. I keep contacting the branch and phone Mtn customer services and get absolutely no assistance.
