Horrible service is an understatement

MTN is quick to receive money and poor at service delivery. I paid for a router and for a monthly contract sim. They have failed to deliver after being told a hundred different stories. I wasted my airtime and petrol on going there to cancel requesting a refund and nothing has been done, instead they have the audicity to send me a bill for a new month for something that I paid and never had. Horrible experience is an understatement.
