Horrible service. I just want to throw up I'm so mad

Worst experience ever! Went away for a few weeks got back and my home WiFi isn't working, called in and absolutely no one can help me, they promise to call me back but they don't. They have a "24/7" *** centre that cannot help. Been told there's 1 team leader on duty and he cannot access systems so I have to wait for tomorrow. In the meantime no I have to make alternatives for Internet. Spend more money that I cannot afford to in this economy. I'm so mad
