Horrible service- Home Wifi Router

I took out a 24 month home wifi router contract and for moat of the time I had endless issues, no network. Every time I had to reboot it. This was reported continuesly to the Mtn Store @ Shelly Beach Mall and the contact centre but they done nothing. After cancellation I am told the router is locked to Mtn and I cannot use another service provider yet I PAID for this router!! Mtn are ****** and not customer friendly. They did not even bother offering an alternate pricing model as they are fully aware of the network being down daily. Over R11K paid and still they claiming the router..
