Horrible service from their sales people and the DSV logistics that they are working with

I ordered a home rutha on the 25 Feb 2025.everything went well with the sales lady she was good and frnd. I told her she must tell the driver that is going to deliver the rutha to call me on my work number not the cellphone since we are not allowed to answer cellphones at work. She say ok. On the day of delivery the driver came to work and he called my cellphone. I didn’t he returned back. When I was doing the follow up they said I must call DSV their courrier I did call the lady said the parcel is back since I didn’t pick up my phone. I explained to her that the driver was supposed to call my work number. She said they don’t have that number I must phone MTN to tell them to change the number. Until today I’m busy calling MTN nd DSV. So today when I called they told me that I must re apply they will refund me my money cause DSV cancelled everything
