HORRIBLE SERVICE FROM MTN SOUTH AFRICA

I am highly disappointed in MTN because i bought a laptop online by them and when i received the laptop there was a slight bump on the laptop and the laptop does not work. I phoned MTN online store and they said they going to come fetch the laptop and bring me a new one i am still waiting and now i am paying for something that is broken and i did not break it what horrible service they give their customers.
