Horrible Service from MTN Service Champion

Good day

l called MTN business contact center to query why my lines where blocked the lady that assisted me was *********** and very rude her name Mabatho called at 11:45 17/082022 from my cellphone number *** she gave me a reference ***

l asked her why my lines where suspend and she asked me to send proof of payment to *** which l did and received an automated ref Reference number: c55ee***-4b53-a142-73b***. I called again to and spoke to her and advised that l have sent POP and she is going to give me a grace period as if l failed to pay for my account. I told her l don’t like the term grace period because it is give to clients who have failed to pay their account which is not my case. She then said she can cancel the service since l don’t like the term and l told her l don’t like being spoken to as if she is doing me a favor when l paid my account

I am greatly disappoint at such horrible service for a so called MTN Service Champion
