Horrible service from MTN

MTN is a horrible network provider for not allowing me to port out. None of the porting lines *** & ***) are in operation. I went to their store in Waterfall mall, Rustenburg. The customer care agent, Bonolo, who was supposed to assist me had an attitude, totally ignored me and told me she won’t assist me. Your agent is insolent, crass and clearly does not care for her job to be treating customers like that. The matter has not yet been resolved as a result.
