HORRIBLE SERVICE FROM MTN

I am so disappointed in the service I got from MTN online contracts, The device I bought from them worked only for six months, I tried calling MTN, but they told me to go to the store when I went to the store the store personnel told me to call MTN because they do not deal with online purchases, now when I call MTN after I tell them my problem, they just hang up on me.
