horrible service from MTN

I am honestly so dumbfounded by the absolute **** service received from MTN. A week ago I started with my struggle to upgrade my laptop contract.... I say struggle because it has been only that.... one HUGE struggle with no one willing or able to assist.

I wanted to upgrade my contract last week to the Lenovo Yoga laptop that you had on your brochure.

Every day and everywhere I phoned I was told that there is no stock available. Everyone van only give me all the Laptops that I do not want.

So I patiently waited for aug to see what will be on offer in the Aug brochure. And guess what.... again the lenovo yoga is on the aug brochure... again on promotion for 8gb dor R389 x 36months.

I thought there was NO STOCK??

So again I phoned MTN. And again I had to hear that there is no stock. So for the second month in a row MTN is advertising a product falsely. And by falsely I mean that you are advertising something that you do not have and do not intend to assist a customer with. Why I do not know.... Maybe so that you can falsely lure a customer into your shop and then sell them something that they DO NOT WANT!!!!

I want to upgrade my contract to the lenovo yoga laptop and I want THAT laptop as you are advertising it. And PLEASE DO NOT TELL ME THAT YOU DO NOT HAVE STOCK AS IT IS ON THE AUG BROCHURE. That was released THIS MORNING!!!!!!

SO I WANT MY LAPTOP. And you as service provider WILL ensure that I get the laptop that YOU Advertise.

It is false advertising!!! You lure customers to your shop with items that you cannot supply and then force them to take stuff they do not want.

I have never seen such bad service. And please do not tell me that you do not have stock as this was on last months brochure but ALSO on the brochure loaded today!!!!!
