Horrible service from MTN

I'm so disappointed with the service I've received from mtn , I've got an mtn uncapped home router and I've been battling, I made a payment on the 24th of April at the watercrest mall branch in Hillcrest KZN but to date my service is suspended and I'm being told my payment is not reflecting on their side, I've been to the branch several times and I'm being sent back and forth , I've also contacted their contact center numerous times and also emailed the proof of payment but one one is willing to assist me , It been more than 12 days with no service yet I paid . Will not recommend mtn to anyone
