Horrible service from mtn!!!

Worst serve ever received from a company that you think is a leading cellphone provider in south Africa. Started a new contract at mtn kollonade shopping center for a data plan and paid the necessary money to active the contract. Waited 1 months for service to use the data but never did. Then wanted to cancel my Contract with them to get my money back but the lady at mtn kollonade shopping center Belinda is trying to help me with the process. Head office is so useless because after 5 days to review the process and go through with the process of canceling my contract both me and mtn kollonade shopping centre have received zero replies from the head office regarding the inquiry. If this continues I am going to make a court case against mtn. No client should go through such along process after 2 months. Enough is enough. If nothing is being done then a court case it will be to close mtn for good
