Horrible service from MTN contract

I have been calling mtn requesting a paid up letter to update my credit score after payments were made but they refuse at this point i can't even qualify for anything For a contract that was terminated w years ago

Till today, i struggled with MTN account Because it says i owe R173 but that amount was paid a year ago I've been emailing and calling no help
