Horrible service from MTN consultants

Terrible service from MTN consultants where they failed to resolve my query. I used to get 400 minutes & 6.5 GB monthly but from March & April 2026 i started getting 1.5 GB & 200 minutes. I called MTN customer care 083135 several times where Thato Seboka, Nomzamo Zwane, Dikeledi Ndlovu, Allen Ngobeni, Lindi Ngcobo, Millicent Moatshe & Sithembiso Yende failed to resolve my problem.

I have multiple reference numbers where they kept on saying that they have referred/escalated my issue to the “back office” or whatever they call it.

No one has since called or email me just to update me on the progress of the query. This is the most frustrating thing coz i really need that data and minutes. There’s a reason why i chose that option/package.

There’s is no way i will be renewing my contract when it expires in June 2026 😭😭😭😭
