Horrible service from mtn client service

MTN is the worst when it comes to their client service consultant. Their managers are also useless if they do have them because every time you asking for a manager to better explain their **** service you will never hear from them which i suspect they also don't know anything about the processes. They don't even have conscience to call client back or update client or their broken systems.
