Horrible Service from MTN

I have ordered a wi-fi router from MTN on 31/05/2024, I waited for delivery but they did not pitch, I had to call and enquire, they then me informed that the courier driver got highjacked while on his way to make deliveries, MTN then cancelled the order. I called on 12/06/2024 to log a refund request, everytime when I call, the agents would request for proof of payment and bank statements and tell me that they will call me back with feedback of which no one got back, I have made more that 15 calls with no luck of getting feedback. I’ve been sending emails lately but still the same thing is happening. I’m tired of this and don’t even know what to do anymore.
