Horrible service from MTN

MTN online What a bad experience!!

DO NOT ORDER A PHONE ONLINE!

they delivered a wrong phone to me and returning it was such problem! The stuff is so unprofessional, they keep transferring the phone then hang up, they don't allow you to speak to their manager. I was told to return my phone to an MTN store but 4 stores told me they don't take phone the direct store need to take or online needs to send a driver but how can they send a driver if they don't assist or answer the phone yesterday I was asked to go to MTN morningside but guess what they are closed because they are busy renovating yet I was sent there and it's not even written on the website. For two days I had to waste my petrol driving around and phoning with now luck. I eventually got hold of a guy named Anthony Bereng the only one who was able to assist he sent an email to the nearest MTN store and asked the othem to take in the phone MTN Nicolway such lovely ladies they agreed to help. I am now still awaiting for MTN online to cancel my contract so that I can but a phone I don't know how long that will take!

I honestly don't like MTN right now 3 months ago some lady called offering a cellphobe contract we didn't finish the whole thing but to my surprised I was on a Airtime contract which I didn't agree to!
