Horrible service from mtn

Been having horrible experience with mtn buisness. My cell number has not been able to receive calls.i have been calling mtn for help for weeks with no proper response. I have given them an alternative number to get a hold of me but nothing from them. Pathetic service. Will not recommend them. Been given different reference number because for some reason the previous one has not been logged.or while talking to someone from their help service the call gets cut.. I can't wait wait for contract to expire. Will not recommend them.
