HORRIBLE SERVICE FROM MTN

I upgraded from a normal device to a laptop , I normally just make payment and never really look at my statements , upon looking at my statement today I realized that I am being charged for a router which was never included in delivery (Hisense H221M MiFi Router). I called MTN and was sent from pillar to post , the last consultant Caroline from the collections department had one helluva attitude and even raised her voice at me as if I was retarded. She wanted to transfer me to the "correct department" when I said no leave it I get better assistance when I complain on HELLO PETER , then she has the nerve to reply with : OKAY MAM. Clearly your staff does not care about the company's reputation which is absolutely shocking. Pathetic and horrible service I tell you!

Please note that going forward I will not be paying for a router which I do not have and also note that I won't be doing business with your company again. In fact I feel like giving your laptop back as well.
