Horrible service from MTN

I have been waiting for my cell phone contract from the May 31 2024 till now. I don't know how my times should I complain. False promises every time when I call I have been taken from pillar to post. Cleary MTN doesn't care about their customer service. How is it possible that an order can be delayed for so long and none even bother to do follow up. I will take this up if no feedback or cell phone is delivered soon.
