HORRIBLE SERVICE FROM MTN

Hi

So my phone broke as it does when it gets old.... i waited 3 months to upgrade altough it would be an early upgrade as i nees a phone. Phones mtn direct to do a telephonic upgrade as it is more convienand for me. Lady i spoke to was very friendly an informed me that my phone will be with me in 4-5 working days. I phoned again ons 5 fith working day just to be informed no its 7-10 working days. I waited and phones again few days later just to be informed the order is not yet confirmed, I tried to find out why the order was not confirmed but no one I called could tell me. Finally i got to somone who told me that there was no stock and lady who did my upgrade was suppose to inform me.. that was not done what kind of business does not inform their customers accordingly? Went in to the mtn shop in queenswood was helped kindly informed I can gety phone on thursday(keep on mind that i picked another phone as the phone O wanted was not in stock) phoned again today no stock!!! I now want someone to assist me accordingly as will be posting this on hello peter aswell.. this is the worst service I ever received from a cellphone company ever.
