Horrible service from MTN

Being on MTN is such an inconvenience, like I went to their golden acre store to do a Sim swap for my contract number, I got charged 115 Rand for the sim swop and was advised that it will take 24hours,its been 48hours now and my Sim is still offline, I called the call centre only to find out that the sim swop wasn't done, like really these guys are the Bain of my existences, if only I wasn't on contract.
