Horrible Service from Kamvelihle Mabhija at MTN.

I received the worst service I've ever had from Kamvelihle Mabhija at MTN. He is the most *********** call centre agent I have ever dealt with. He is unable to communicate effectively or resolve an issue effectively at all, and when I asked him to get me Manager to speak to he refused.

At one point he told me he said doesn't speak English, he speaks another South African language, and when I asked him to get me someone who speaks English he also refused.

He then went quiet, sent the call to a voice mail box and cut the call on me.

If this is the quality of service I can expect from mtn I will be canceling my contract, and I recommend others avoid mtn completely if the quality of staff they employ is so low.
