HORRIBLE SERVICE FROM DSV MTN AND MTN ITSELF

I app**** for a phone contract online and was approved but for me to receive the phone has proven to be hell. From the 25th of November we started communicating so they could deliver on the 29th and when they arrived they couldn't deliver because of their device for me to sign was not working, then we had to reschedule 3 more times and in all those times they didn't show up and nobody called me to explain. I tried to call dsv numerous times but nobody picks also mtn doesnt pick up as well.

This number +*** which is dsv keeps calling but when I answer they drop the call I have been calling back but nobody picks up so I have actually had it with mtn and I have been trying to cancel this contract and I do not have the phone yet but even that is a mission as all the numbers I get for mtn nobody picks up. I'm even starting to see that maybe it will be a problem to have a contract with them at all because I was considering going into the store but now mtn has left such a bad taste in my mouth I dnt think I want anything to do with them. As for ignoring me and my call and having the nerve to put "failed to contact" when I track the parcel knowing very well its them that has a problem. Never again. If you dont want frustration don't use mtn online contract phone.
