HORRIBLE SERVICE FROM DSV and MTN

If i could give minus 1 stars at this point, I would.

I'm honestly apalled by the run around between MTN and DSV. I was booked to have my device delivered today between 8 and 10 am however, when they did not show up I queried in which DSV told me that MTN had requested the parcel to be sent back, I then called MTN to query in which case they said they did not call the order back and that it would be delivered. I now have no cooking clue what the status is and neither DSV NOR MTN can help. 10/10 DO NOT RECOMMEND either of these - just save your time, all these people will do is waste it. You can't even get through to the right people and get no clarity on assistance
