Horrible service from a horrible company.

The service is **********! These people don’t answer their phones responding to emails and they don’t help you in store either… because of them they have charged me a ridiculous bill for changes that they wanted me to make BUT DIDNT ALLOW ME TO MAKE THEM!!!! How does that make any sense! Honestly this whole experience with MTN has been insanely frustrating. How is it that so many *********** people work for one corporation? You people need to step it up immediately and fix the situation you have at hand… it’s getting out of control and your attitude sucks… it’s not in your job description to be idiots so why keep doing it… if I could give this place 0 stars I would… GO FOR VODACOM INSTEAD
