Horrible service!! 💩

This is one of the worst services I have ever dealt with, I called in to cancel my contract but they don’t answer but when you say you want to upgrade to another deal, the phone doesn’t even ring before you could even speak to the agent. Mtn doesn’t want you to cancel your contract with them, I’m very frustrated as I’ve tried cancelling for a long time now 🤬
