Horrible service

I was at MTN Lalucia and i experienced a very pathetic service, after waiting for about an hour and their service staff nagging me 3 times about what help do i require and explaining to them they pointed me to the so called helpers who also couldn't help, why their staff don't ask or check documentation and advise if you need to proceed or not. Very frustrated and angry. (i had an affidavit, proof of Adress and certified ID i couldn't get help)
