Horrible service Eastgate mall

I have never experienced such poor service in my life, my network has been giving me problems so I went to MTN Eastgate and they advised I need to do a Sim swap. I bought the Sim card at checkers and went back to MTN to assist me. I was given run arounds no one wanted to assist me eventually got help but the guy who was assisting me asked me why didn't the other lady help me told him she sent me to you, you could tell there is no teamwork there. He did the Sim swap and told me to switch my phone off for 3 hours which I did bit my network was the same, I tried to call MTN for a quicker response they could not access my information with my number so my phone call didn't go far it dropped. I went back to MTN store at Eastgate I was assisted by a lady and she gave me a number to call so get assistance even though I told her my call is declined, I called the number same thing happened. My phone has been on and off for a month now I can't access my banking apps, emails, nothing people can't get through to me at all and this number is linked to so many things. I've been a loyal customer with MTN for years and the service I'm getting is horrible. I do not recommend anyone going to Eastgate if they want to be assisted, the staff members are not even welcoming or friendly they have their own quarrels in front of customers. Should I not get assistance within the next 5 hours I am canceling my contract I have with MTN because it's no use to me if I cannot access my network.
