HORRIBLE SERVICE

Pathetic service I received from you, I app**** for a contract cellphone online, it just got delivered Today and it's not what I ordered!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I've been getting transferred from one department to the next without any help and I am really disappointed in your service. I need this phone collected on Monday.
