horrible service dont even deserves a star

<p><span style="color: #555555; background-color: #ffffff;">I took cellphone contract with mtn in 2014 and paid for 24 nd i was told that i must call in 13 december 2016 to cancel my contract,which i have done but they didn't remove it on my ITC profile. I went to MTN stores in Gandi for a paid u letter so i can remove it my self nd i ws told they cannot assist, im go to calton centre. I went to carlton andi was toldtgey cannot assist i must call the call centre which i did and spoke to precious in the retension department and she saidshe will it to da legal department. She cced me on da email nd this was in december till today i have not received any feedback. I have been calling da call centre still no assistance im just transferred from one place to another. I have MTNs service its horrible till today pn my ITC profile it reflects i pay Mtn messing my affordability. </span></p>
