horrible service, disappointed

i went for a contract sim swap at MTN last month, while i was explaining what i needed to do, two of her colleagues walks by and they started chatting. later she gets me a sim card, but only then i found out she was getting me a prepaid sim card. her reaction was very disappointing as she simply asked me to keep it as a spare sim and asked me to pay for this one i dont need. throught out the service, she was constantly on her cellphone, checking time and replying messages. i dont believe all employees at MTN are like this, but this one incidence is really making me angry. the employees name is Amanda from V&A waterfront branch.
